Servicenow Scan sometimes display Node Serial No.

One of our customers uses Servicenow to log incidents for their environment. As we do not have a plug-in into SNOW, they are looking at other options to log the calls to SNOW.

Issue is that SNOW scan the environment (I think via vCenter) and sometimes get the node serial nr., sometimes both the Node Serial No & Block serial No, and sometimes with a message "Refer to Prism".

How can I get SNOW to discover the correct Serial No's?

If you manually change them in SNOW, they are over written once the scan runs.
