Question

Free (logical) capacity as reported in Prism - Storage

I have a question about the reported Free (logical) space in Prism - Storage - Containers. I'm confused as to if this takes into account a replication factor or not when displaying free space.

Take a container that displayed 24 TiB of Free (logical) in the table, with a replication factor of 2. Not considering duplication/compression rates, should I expect to be able to write 24 TiB of data before all space is consumed, or 12 TiB?

I've seen times where it would appear that the free space is given without the RF taken into account (i write 1 TiB, available goes down by 2 TiB), or where space is reserved it's actually doubled. Is this actually the case? Should I also half (if using RF2) the Free space?
