X-Ray 3.1 - Target Validation Fails - VXRail

Badge
I am trying to use X-Ray as my POC validation tool between VXR, NTNX, and build-your-own-VSAN. When connecting up the VXRail as a target, I'm getting the following error within validation:

Verifying datastore 'VxRail-Virtual-SAN-Datastore-dcc4aac0-32d6-4f1c-bd2d-3a8726ecbc71' is visible on node '0'

I have verified that the datastore is mounted on all nodes. Is there any trick to get this to go green or bypass it?

Thanks,

This issue turned out to be a routing issue within my network. Once I bribed... er talked to my firewall team, everything worked in regards to this issue.

Hi Blake,

I'm assuming this is happening when you are creating a new target and running prechecks. You can skip the pre-checks in 3.1 by clicking done when adding a new target. It's odd that X-Ray is reporting this if the datastore is truly mounted on all nodes. Could you share the x-ray server logs for this case?

@BlakeRobertsNBL Thanks for your note on this. I'm running into the same error you did. Do you recall what TCP/UDP ports needed to be opened? Anything other than what the install guide lists?
