How To Migration Windows VMs using Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI) in ESXi To AHV and

When I try used Xtract for VM to migration File Server (Window server 2008 R2 64 bit - 7TB data), It happens some problem as below.

This VM requires UEFI boot configuration. This is not supported on AHV and may result in an un-bootable OS. You may continue with this as a data-only migration.

Failed to create VM snapshot 'XTRACT-VMSnap-0'. Error: File is larger than the maximum size supported by datastore '.

Could you guys advice for me resole it ?

It's an on going limitation, you're best bet is to migrate the data only and reattach it to a fresh VM. Best if the 7 TB is a standalone VMDK.

Otherwise your only option at this time is a product from http://www.surelinesystems.com/ that will work but is extremely expensive per VM and will take many days for that size of a disk to complete.

Wish I could chime in with a better solution.
