When using Nutanix Files network units if the user writes or erases data on the assigned disk, the capacity indication will not be displayed correctly. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes to display the capacity:

The behaviour is expected and working by design.
Deleted data blocks need around 5-10 min to be “trimmed” by sending SCSI unmap messages to underlying AOS to reclaim storage space.
