I'm ready to take the NCP exam but I came up against an issue trying to register and schedule my exam. The web page is loading without showing nothing.
I've tried with different Internet access and with different web browsers but I'm still facing the issue.
Could you please help?

There is apparently some kind of bug with your account. My registration team is looking into it. In the meantime, if you could open a case with email@example.com (if you haven't already) that way you'll receive faster notifications.
