Education Portal login issue

I would like to take NCP 5.5 exam, so i tired to login with end-user login but could not.
While access the login i'm getting Below message.

Unfortunately you are not authorized to access this site (1697064)

I have emailed to 'education@nutanix.com' but no response. just received the email from them case opened with us.
Is there any way to can contact education team?
Any help much appreciated.

@thiru_nutanix, please check your email, as you should now have a response from your submitted ticket showing the resolution.

Opening a case as you have done is the fastest route to having this issue corrected. Please allow the support team some time to address your issue as they are handling an unprecedented volume of requests recently.
