Cannot Login into Exams page

I have failed in NCP exam at 3/1/2019 , now I'm ready to enter the exam again, when trying to login into exam page , I'm facing the following message:



Otherwise, I would like to ask you about my trails , I have 2 trial , I need to check if them are valid or not?

Hazem, to schedule your NCP 5.5 exam, please point your web browser to https://nuschool.portal.relayware.com/?eid=TechCertExams. I verified that your email address can successfully login. Once logged in, please click on the blue "Take an Exam" button and you will be taken to our testing provider's portal to select the date and time of your exam.

try to do the generic trouble shooting part like clearing the cache or using different browser or trying to login using your personal device.

if noting workout send an email to partnerhelp@nutanix.com they will open a case and get in touch with you.
