1. I'm currently an employee for a Nutanix Customer. Next month, i'll be working for a non-nutanix customer. Would I still have access to Nutanix Education & Exam Portal? If No, can i transfer my Nutanix Account & certification credentials to my personal email account?
2.I have a Nutanix exam voucher, can i still use it if i'm no longer a Nutanix Customer, If yes, how can i request to take the exam?
3. Since I use my corporate email account to register & sign-in to Nutanix Portal, what options do i have to transfer my Nutanix Portal Certification account to my personal email?

I'll try to answer these as best I can.
Non-customers can still take our training & certifications. However, our system doesn't allow for 'generic' email address (like gmail or hotmail) so you'd need to transfer it to your new company. Emailing education@Nutanix.com can take care of this for you.
Exam vouchers are attached to you, not to your employer so you can still use the voucher after you move. The exam registration process is detailed here: https://nuschool.portal.relayware.com/filemanagement/fileget.cfm?fileid=1496
