I have flagged a question during NCP 5.5 exam today and got 68% which is closer to pass that. I want to ask whether that flagged answer considered or ignored in answered question.

Typically a flagged question is one that you will get back to as you move through the exam.
For example you are not sure of the answer and you want to make sure you don't run out of time during the exam, you flag it and at the end you go back and review all the questions you flagged and try to answer them. Be sure to unflag the question once answered.
