NCAP PSI Scheduling Issue

Hello,
I just got off the phone with PSI and emailed education@nutanix.com regarding this. Just wondering if there is anything else I can do.

The jest of it is I had scheduled my NCAP exam for 11:00 AM EST. Confirmation emails shows this. When I went to take the exam this morning, it wasn't listed when I logged into PSI. It just showed that I could schedule the NCAP again. Come to find out, PSI's system showed I was scheduled for 12:00 AM EST, and was marked as absent on the exam.

Any suggestions?

Hi RandyAnthony - sorry that you had that experience, it's definitely not what we want to happen. Emailing the Education team is the best route at this point as they can connect with the certification team on a solution.

If you haven't heard back from them by Tuesday, feel free to DM me your case # and I can escalate it for you.

Last month also I attended NCAP exam, I don't have any issue. My schedule was 11.30 pm. But I joined 20 minutes before. I sucessfully completed the exam. I don't have any bad experience.

I don't know what's your issues. Maybe some technical issues or something. Contact "education@nutanix.com", the team will be settled your respected issues.
