@Tharani, According to the NCP 5.5 exam blueprint guide paragraph 1.10 (https://nuschool.portal.relayware.com/content/EDUCollateral/NCP5.5-EBG-1.26.2019.pdf), you are allowed to take the exam as many times as needed to pass, but there are a few conditions:
* If a candidate fails an exam on the first attempt, he or she is allowed two additional attempts.
* There is a seven-day waiting period between attempts.
* After three attempts, you will be unable to take the exam for 60 days, after which you can e-mail education@nutanix.com and request that your attempts are reset.

After resetting your attempts, you can start the process over, if needed.

Hope this helps!

Good ask. I've scheduled mine for June.

"we have decided to offer everyone 1 free exam attempt through January 31, 2019."

@Tharani Please note, the rules that Jeff laid out are correct, but you do have to pay for every attempt.

Is this still valid?

My NCP-MCI 5.15 exam not released by some issue at bridge1. Now its showing in my history at not attempt and I’m not able to rebook the same exam.

Is this will allow me to book after 7 days or book exam anytime but attempt only after 7 day of previous attempt.
