Hello evryone,

I want to migrate a Linux VM from VMWare ESXI infrastructure to AHV infrastructure.
I use Xtract for do this. But when the plan is created afer a certain time the status plan becomes "failed" and I have this error message :
"Internal target agent error '[Container="SMI_DS_NUTANIX_JAG_1", Err="exit status 32", Location="/root/workspace/xtract_vm_qcow2_builder_prod/go/src/tgtagent/ahvtargetprovider.go:985"] Container mount failed (error=0x4012)'"

Thank you all for your answers

Xtract version : 2.0.2
ESXI version : 5.5
AHV version : 20170830.185

Ankush gera's answer :

"I would suggest to verify if the xtract VM is part of the AHV Whitelist. If not, add the xtract VM IP in whitelist and retry again.

And also you can follow below xtract troubleshooting guide as an initial step to verify setup and configurations are correct.

https://portal.nutanix.com/#/page/docs/details?targetId=Xtract-for-VMs-v11:v11-xtract-troublehshoot-t.html

Hope this will help you out and if you still face any issues, I would recommend to open support case and someone from SRE team will assist you further.

Ankush "

It's works for me. Thanks!
