xTract Fails on Server 2008 32bit

I have Server 2008 32bit server that resides in a VMware environment and fails when using Xtract to migrate so we can move into AHV. We are running 5.8, and documentation indicates there is support for 32bit only. Error says " Failed to install Nutanix App Mobility device drivers. Error Only Windows installer version 5.0 or above is supported. Any ideas? Windows Installer Version 5.0 will not work.
