Question

How to check vdisk in Nutanix cluster?

I read about vDisk but I wanted to see the concept of "shadow-clone" and how is is working with my live cluster.
I have tried rest api calls but seems I am not doing it correctly.
code:

curl -X GET -header 'Accept: application / json' 'https://clustername:9440/api/nutanix/v2.0/vdisks/?path=%2F'

code:

"total_size": 0,
"used_size": 0,

For all the vdisks it lists after the above command execution has total_size and used_size as '0'.

Can someone please guide me where to look for vDisks?

Also, I just wanted to confirm that for storage, between AHV- CVM it is iSCSI protocol and between CVM-GuestVM it is NFS? I read few docs and I got more confused.

Thanks!!

Also I tried to figure out by myself about the protocol,

After executing netstat in Host: I concluded that it is iSCSI between AHV and CVM
netstat -pn | egrep 3261
tcp 0 0 192.168.5.254:3261 192.168.5.1:51268 ESTABLISHED 9564/stargate
tcp 0 0 192.168.5.254:3261 192.168.5.1:51286 ESTABLISHED 9564/stargate
tcp 0 0 192.168.5.254:3261 192.168.5.1:53088 ESTABLISHED 9564/stargate
tcp 0 0 192.168.5.254:3261 192.168.5.1:51274 ESTABLISHED 9564/stargate
tcp 0 0 192.168.5.254:3261 192.168.5.1:51262 ESTABLISHED 9564/stargate
tcp 0 0 192.168.5.254:3261 192.168.5.1:51280 ESTABLISHED 9564/stargate
tcp 0 0 192.168.5.254:3261 192.168.5.1:53082 ESTABLISHED 9564/stargate

Command "nfs_ls -liaR " executed in CVM, lists all nfs path.
