Hi everyone,
does anyone know how to import an rvtools output into a new sizer scenario? I've seen the new functionality but don't understand which kind of file do I have to generate from rvtools (csv, xls, ...) in order to import it into the sizer portal. Thank you a lot

Hi,
You have to use RVtools 3.9.2 and above, export all as Excel and upload to sizer, works like charms...

Thank you...it works... but I see that despite I have more or less 70 vms in my rvtools, the sizer portal counts 30vms....

Hi,

From the rvtools file the powered on VMs are grouped in different workload based on the size.

try different regional settings, might be a period or comma problem

Thank you all for your answers. I think the import feature is a little bit immature yet... Problem is not solved, but this feature (imho) should be intended as an helpful tool to compare to a handmade sizing... but it should not be used as a standalone tool...
