HI All

AHV best practice for networking says the CVM and host should be in the same vlan (default vlan0) - where should Prism Central reside, in the same vlan or in its own vlan?

Thanks

You can put Prism Central into its own VLAN, as long as you have routing and the appropriate firewall ports open to connect Prism Central to the Hypervisors, CVMs and IPMI.

Generally I stick with putting the Prism Central into the same VLAN for simplicity sake.
