Hello Nutanix Community,

Today, I have tried deploying the new version of Prism Central, 4.5, on Acropolis Hypervisor. I have followed installation guide from Web Console guide but unfortunately, although the Prism Central VM has successfully booted, I still cannot access to web console interface of Prism Central.

The error show the message: "Oops, server error"

I have also tried troubleshooting for a while but because of automatically installation from images that being provided from Nutanix, I cannot know how it works by far...

Any reply also appreciated

Thanks and regards.

Hi

Warning - educated guess follows:

I was just looking at the Web Console docs and the PCentral for AHV procedures might be missing this step, after you have powered on the PCentral VM: you SSH into the Pcentral VM and create a cluster:

"Log into the Prism Central VM again and then enter the following command to create a cluster: (bc - I would issue a cluster status command first - if you get a cluster unconfigured message, then proceed:)

$ cluster --cluster_function_list="multicluster" -s static_ip_address createThe static_ip_address is the Prism Central VM IP address.

Worth a shot!
