Nutanix installation problem

Hello All,

I've tested installation AOS at Lenovo HX3310 system with single system configuration.
The issue is that could not complete installation process due to error. Always error messages same with different AOS & AHV version.

Foundation : 4.0.1
AOS: 5.1.5 / 5.5.0.6
AHV: 20170830 version

Progress status : fatal: Running pre-install sanity tests (40%)

Hi there,

Same problem Here with Lenovo HX3320 (7X83)

Foundation VM 4.0.5
ESXi 6.5.0 U1 LNV custom
nutanix_installer_package-release-euphrates-5.5.5-stable.tar.gz

The Cluster creation process fail at 22%

In the Cluster log, we can find the error message:

"WARNING Skipping ) @1f50> because dependencies not met, failed tasks"


While we are in touch with Lenovo support.....any advice or suggestion?

Morning, you mention at the top you are trying a single system configuration? Do you mean you want to configure it as 1-node? Only the HX1320 has been certified as eligible to be a 1-node system.

If you are just trying to foundation a single node to join a normal 3 node cluster the best I can suggest is get the latest foundation from the portal.

The error above looks like it has failed prechecks
