I happen to work in Professional Services here at Nutanix, and we definitely have packaged delivery kits of this type of work (internally), and we share them with our authorized consulting partners (ACP's), as they are our IP.
Non-ACP's generally create their own based on their own consulting methodologies.

I believe i'm an ACP. Can you point me in the right direction where to acquire the kit? Can it be downloaded in the partnetr portal? Also, does the kit include site preperation documention to give to customers? Gather IP's, hosts names, DNS, how many 10gb connections, 1GB connections, etc?

If you are ACP you should have given the kit during the ACP training as we get them.
