Is any nutanix node or any hardware component which includes only cheap storage disk to use for backup? Something like storage cabins...
We need cheap and huge storage to use as a backup but we shouldn't waste nutanix node's storage.
On the other hand, is it possible to connect to third party storage providers like Hitachi,netapp using FC?

If you wanted (only) cheap - BackBlaze publishes for all to see the hardware specs of their boxes. You could use that and build your own box (or boxes) that has lots of storage.
If you want something that has put some effort into working with Nutanix, take a look at Cloudian. I saw them at Nutanix Next this year. (I do NOT work for them nor am I related to them in any way - I did find their product interesting enough to take a look) If your backup software can work with S3, this might work for you.
