AFS version installed is equal to version available

We are using AFS 2.2.1.1. In "upgrade software" I am being told that the same version is available for download and install. Is this correct behavior?

Can you do the following command on one of the AFS VMs

allssh afs --version and post the results.

Ive opened a case to see whats going on. My understanding is that I should see AFS v 3.0.0.1
