Affinity rules light

Hello All,

       I am working with Affinity policies and I wonder if there is an Affinity “light”. What I mean by this is in Hyper-v clusters you have a “Preferred Server” this means that if the preferred server is available the vm will reside there if not it will move to stay running. Once the preferred server is back online then it will move back. Is this possible in AHV?
