4.1 Upgrade failing at preupgrade ssh to hypervisor check

Hi Nutanix Community,

I'm upgrading to NOS 4.1.2, but the pre-upgrade keeps failing when it tries to ssh to the ESXi hosts. It is timing out. The ESXi hosts do have ssh running and I can manually ssh to them with putty.

Is there a workaround for this?

Any update on above issue? Facing same issue when going 4.5.2 to 4.6.2

Can you please check if you are able to SSH host using both external and internal IP of the host.
