Hi

The time/date in the machine the browser is installed has a large difference with the cluster time.
IIRC, one hour difference or more will cause this problem. Check cluster time in a CVM and the time in the machine where Prism is being accessed from.

Try following below mentioned steps.

  1. SSH to any CVM in the cluster
  2. Stop Hyperint in the cluster via: allssh ~/cluster/bin/genesis stop hyperint
  3. Stop Arithmos in the cluster via: allssh ~/cluster/bin/genesis stop arithmos
  4. Stop Prism in the cluster via: allssh ~/cluster/bin/genesis stop prism
  5. Run the following command to remove the cached Arithmos persistent data: for i in `svmips`;do echo "---$i---";ssh $i rm /home/nutanix/data/arithmos/arithmos_persist*;done
  6. Start the cluster: cluster start
  7. Refresh the PRISM GUI to see if the issue has been corrected.

followed the steps but nothing change. what can be the cause of this issue? coz most of clients are facing the same issue.

I would recommend opening a ticket with support to investigate - this is definitely not correct and we want to make sure that it gets fixed. A ticket would also allow a deeper investigation into the logs

Another thing that could cause this is a time difference between the machine you are connecting to Prism with and the CVMs themselves (not a timezone difference, this is handled correctly but an actual clock difference).

What can happen there is that the webpage is requesting data for a timeframe that the backend doesn't have due to this difference (for example, if the computer is 30 minutes in the future compared to the CVMs it would be requesting data from 30 minutes later then anything the CVMs have)
