Error when add the host cluster nutanix

Hello friends,
I have a nutanix cluster with 4 nodes Dell XC-430 and recently removed one of the cluster nodes to demonstrate the procedure to co-workers.I removed the cluster node using the "Remove Host" option in Prism. However, when I run the "Expand Cluster" option in Prism, it can not find the host.I tried the same procedure through the CLI, using the "cluster discover-nodes", but did not work.
The hosts are with ESXi 6u1 and the latest version of AHV.Can someone help me please?
Thank you friends.

Can you please execute "genesis restart" on the unconfigured node? Also, can you ping6 (IPv6) the unconfigured node from the others?

Hello f3rm1n!
The host is without the CVM, do not know what happened, so I can not run the "genesis restart".But I wonder how I would do to add a new host to the cluster, since this new host will not have an installed CVM.You think I should reinstall the CVM?To reinstall the CVM, I need iso Phoenix?

Tks

The CVM disappearing is strange... But yes, you will need to use Phoenix:

Hello f3rm1n!
I run the host installation with iso Phoenix, however, it does not reinstalled the CVM.Ticked options "Clean Install Hypervisor" and "Clean Install SVM", the host completion the entire installation but when access the host by vSphere, no CVM installed .... :(The machine model is a Dell XC-430-4.You have any other ideas?Otherwise, I will redo the entire cluster again with the Foundation .....
Thank you again.

It may be worth opening a case with Dell and they can engage Nutanix support as needed.

Hello, I think you can simply image one node with Foundation. Phoenix is mainly used for SATA-DOM and SSD failure scenario. I make a test remove one node from cluster ,and add it back into cluster again successfully. if resolved, pls feed back.

Hello Xiaowei, how are you?

I did several tests with the Phoenix but really he could not reinstall the CVM ...Redid the cluster again with the Foundation (not a production environment, it is only testing), but I confess I have not tested the foundation this unique host defective.Next week will again remove the cluster host (using Prism) and try to insert it again for further testing. When I finish this test, I return the contact.

Thanks again!!!
