hi, i'm very new to Nutanix, so apologies for any incorrect terminology used. our new cluster installation is less than a week old so still finding our feet. everything seems to be running OK but once a day i get an email from the cluster which is also sent to nos-asups@nutanix with a file attached "autosupport.2018.11.21.gz"
am i supposed to pay attention to this attachment as i'm struggling to find an application to open it. I've seen a similar question posted on here but that does not assist in what i need or can do with the attachment in the email.
if it helps, our cluster consists of 3 nodes, AHV version 20170830.171, Nutanix 5.5.7
