@JillLiles Im having this same issue and have emailed education@nutanix.com a couple times now and havent heard back. Anyway you could assist please?! my login email for portal is daver@ccscorp.com. Thanks!

I have got NPP5.0. I hope I am eligible for NCAP but it is not showing in the list with the voucher. Could you please help me to have a look ?
Can anyone fix my account? I still cannot get access to the exam. If this is an upgrade of the exam system, i think it failed and please rollback...

I have the same issue. I tried emailign the education@nutanix.com email address but havent received a response. Can you assist with fixing my account?

Not looking good for getting this resolved before the 31st then ! I emailed the "education@nutanix.com" on Jan 15th had the automated response of someone looking into this with a case number but then had no reply, emailed again on the 28th and nothing.

I still have the "You are not authorised to access this site" as an End user
also getting
