We’re excited to share a behind the scenes look at last week’s .NEXT 2024 event in Barcelona. It was an exciting three days for Nutanix University filled with learning, certifications, and networking, and we can’t wait to take you through each day of the event.  Day One: Exam Prep Training & Certification Exams The first day started with NCA Exam Prep and NCP-MCI Exam Prep training sessions. Attendees spent the day in intensive instructor-led sessions to prepare for the NCA and NCP-MCI exams. In each class they reviewed key exam topics and ran through practice questions with the help of their instructor. After a full day of preparation the students completed the certification exam onsite.    Event attendees also had the opportunity to complete the NCA, NCP, NCSE, NCS-Core, or NCM certification exam at no charge. But with such a large catalog it can be a little confusing deciding which course is the right one.  Enter our Readiness Evaluations. The first one of its kind, the readiness evaluation for our Advanced Administration & Performance Management (AAPM) course is designed to ensure you have the right Nutanix admin knowledge to fully benefit from the AAPM course. The objective is to gauge your current Nutanix administrative knowledge -- not just general virtualization or cloud knowledge. Learn about the top 6 things you should know when preparing for exam day.  You may have recently scheduled a certification exam, or maybe you’re planning on taking an exam in the future, so you might be wondering what you can expect on exam day. That’s why we’ve provided a list of the top 6 things you should know when preparing and setting up your location for exam day.Here are 6 essential things you should know when preparing for your exam:  Make sure you’re in a quiet, well-lit area with no other people besides yourself.  You should use one monitor during the exam. Any additional monitors will need to be stored away.  Clear your desk of all items before taking the exam. Be sure to remove any food items, paper & books, electronic items, such as a phone or tablet, etc. You may have a drink available during the exam.  Make sure your phone is off or store it outside of your exam location.
