Hello all!I have an exam (NCP-MCI 6.5) in 7 hours from now. Was just checking everything and I for my big surprise I cannot access Nutanix University today (!?).It was working during the last two weeks without any issues and just today I cannot access, seems that SSO process is failing from Nutanix side. Tested with two different computers and using different web browsers.Anyone else with problems to access Nutanix University? PSI support is really useless, they say they cannot do anything until the time of the exam (what!??). Best,

Howdy,Do you have any details on when the next NCM-MCI exam will be available?  It is still on 6.5.  I have the NCP and would like to go for the NCM, but since it was released in 2022 I figured a new version should be out soon?Thanks

After hours of research  I found out their secure browser is a .EXE file! Doesn’t work on Ubuntu or Chrome. You have to use Windows 10 and disable Windows defender to maybe get it to run. After an hour and 3 browsers that all cleared the pre-exam screen and No help from their tech support yesterday,  Today I spent over an hour to no avail and another test timed out. I had logged in an hour before same run around no exam.  They need to state clearly what the 'install secure browser’ is, An .EXE  and the fact that you need Windows 10 EDGE browser.  PSI

Hi,I’ve already a MyNutanix and Next-Account, both with the same mailaddress. If I try to activate the community edition, ill get the response, that my mynutanix-Account seems to be not activated. Hi Team, I scheduled to write NCA-5.15 exam through online PSI proctor exam, during verification it’s asking again and again to share my ID card for verification proof. I have multiple ID card issued by government of India but not accepting any proof, seems PSI proctor exam not working. After sometime, the exam scheduled expire and unable to give my exam. Also my voucher used there but unable to give exam. I logged ticket “636111“with Nutanix education and certification but no solution yet for my voucher. Please help and guide.

NCP 5.10 Exam - Issues with PSI Video Streaming What are the ways to fix a denied - PSI Video Streaming - Denied check item that is needed prior to taking the Nutanix University Exam. I have issue withe just 1 item that is not passing(Denied) the compatibility check prior to taking the NCP 5.10 exam   Some times it passes but some times it does not.And because of this was unable to start my exam today.PSI Services LLC worked remotely with me but the compatibility check did not pass. Later in the day when I ran the check, It passes then few minutes laterit fails again. I don't have an issues with Zoom/Webex and many other applicationsits just this application, And I also can not get the PSI secure browser to start to installand can not find any info at which point this software gets installed?

Hi Team, Today I scheduled to write NCP-MCI 5.15 exam through online PSI proctor exam . after verification proof it redirected to another page where only saw "View Camera and Desktop" as there was no "Share Camera and Share Desktop option to press" . my Proctor asked me to refresh to connect since he wasn't see some option after refreshing the live chat session was disconnected and the even page was blank as only was able and tried several times and result was same . so only thought to exit and to connect it back unfortunately was entire was closed and I didn't see any option launch the exam again. Please help to write the exam again.
