Did you go through the troubleshooting guide at the top of the forum?Seems like a network issue if the host is offline.

network issue is resolved now.
i have 3 nodes and now i have configured 1 node with dhcp and selected single node cluster with dns 8.8.8.8
now i am able to login tthrough PRISM.

Now i want create with another 2 nodes..
going to follow below steps
1. install ce on both nodes - how can i install CE, dhcp single cluster or static multi cluster?
2. expand cluster from 1st node

You just need to install not using single node on the 2 new nodes.Than you will need to destroy the existing cluster config from the 1st and do a cluster create call like the docs say specifying the additional nodes. You can't expand a 1 node as ndfs was set to 1 copy.

I dont have DNS server, if i m installing with static ip and selecting multi cluster, will not get ping or PRISM console

Ping should work if your network config is correctDNS would be set via SSH like in the docsThere is no cluster so no prism until you create it like in the docsSorry man of you just follow the basic docs this well seem much easier.
