Unable to migrate VM from vSphere to Nutanix AHV

Unable to migrate VM from vSphere to Nutanix AHV, getting the below error :

"Guest operations failed for VM 'vmname': Account has UAC enabled."

Action taken: tried disabling tje UAC but still getting the same error.
checked there is no firewall rules applied locally on the server.

Please provide the solution for this issue

Hi,
how did you try to migrate the VMs? Some background info (AHV version, host OS, etc) would be also helpful...

Hi @sonu jalwal

I'm assuming you're using Xtract as we do recommend disabling UAC. After disabling UAC did you reboot the guest?

Hello Mike,

Yes I am using Xtract migration tool, I have diabled the UAC but still persisting the same issue.

Resolution: The issue get resolved after making the below change in the registry on vm, post this I was able to migrate the migrate.

HKLM\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\policies\system
double click EnableLUA and set to 0
then reboot.....

If you have any script or way to to disable UAC without making the changes in registry, please suggest that.
