No connection to pulse

Since yesterday I cannot login to my CE PRISM anymore. It worked for some months before. The error is:

Pulse Connectivity Failure
Pulse provides diagnostic system data to Nutanix support teams. Please ensure that Pulse is not blocked by your network.

I checked pulse from the cli:
nutanix@NTNX-b76dab1a-A-CVM:$ ncli pulse-config ls

Status : Enabled

HTTP Proxy :

I need a proxy to reach the servers. I checked the connectivity with curl:

Protocol mismatch.

Any ideas?
