It depends on what you mean by "missed".
If you were unable to take the exam for some reason, then reach out to education@Nutanix.com and they can let you know your options.
If you mean you did not pass the exam, then there is a 7 day waiting period between attempts. After the 3rd failed attempt you must wait 60 days before you can make another attempt. This policy is explained further in the exam blueprint guide at nutanix.com/certification
