Migrating from Hyper-V to AHV requires windows activation for win7 & Win2k3R2

I'm currently migrating Virtual Machines from Win2008R2 Hyper-V to AHV using the method of converting vhd using image service. For Win2k3R2 & Win7 migration, after power-on VM on AHV OS requires Windows activation.
¿There is a method to migrate Windows without the need of activating Windows on AHV?

I don't know of a way personally as the the ticket issued by KMS is invalid as too much of the hardware has changed. Same effect that moving your hard drive to a new desktop would cause the check to fail.

Are you not using KMS? You may need to free the license up (slmgr.vbs /upk i think) before the move so you don't double your licenses.
