Hi,

I'm trying to use the Rest APIs to do things like clone VMs and add disks (and then upload virtual disk images for them).

I've noticed (using the API explorers) that the newer Rest API (https:/console/api) does not seem to have the same functionality that the older API (https://console/nutanixapi) does. Especially around modifying VMs (i.e. adding disks, etc.).

Will the older functionality eventaully be present in the newer APIs? Is there a timeframe for when that functionality will be available? For the time being is it best for me to work against the older APIs?

Thanks.

We're planning on converging these, and adding a ludicris amount of API examples during the Asterix release, which is slated for later this year.

Also, since you work for a Nutanix alliance partner, you can reach out through the alliance program to get the down low engineering details on that from folks like tommy and rob c
