after updating from version 4.7.5 to 5.0.2 i get this error:
FAIL: /home/ngt/ca.tar does not have the same checksum on all CVMs.cksum on all CVMs.
and running the coomand:
allssh 'sudo md5sum /home/ngt/ca.tar'
one of the six cluster nodes have a different md5sum.

As discussed yesterday, your portal account was affiliated to partner account as you had used their asset serial to activate support portal.
I associated your portal profile to your company account “Leonardo - Finmeccanica S.p.A.”
You should be good to go now.

now I have some problems with the opening of the cases because my account is linked to a vendor with whom I did a POC and I'm waiting the association changing directly with Nutanix to open the case.
