Looks like the CVM itself is actually down if you're seeing that first screen. We'll help you get past this and also make sure you're all up to date on the right code levels
If you go to the hardware view in Prism, you'll be able to see your serial number in there, which based on what I can see on your account should end in 0087. Put that in and you should immediately have case creation access, as well as access to the rest of the support portal, which is great
