hello someone can help me when i try to create cluster node and they give me this message

We need more information. Community Edition or commercial version? Are you running on bare metal, or virtual? What are the specs of the machine? Screenshot of the wizard where you have chosen the disks and give the ipadresses?
As JeroenTielen mentioned, you need to provide more information.
the messages saying that genesis is not reachable , if you have done the foundation probably (foundation is successful),I would check at network and cluster creation (if this is a new cluster).also make sure genesis is running on you node(s) (cvm#gs)
